Strength Cycle – Week 1

1min Max Front Squats @ 50% 1RM
*Front Squat Endurance work
2 TGU’s on each arm

4 Rounds
Row 25/20 Cals or Bike 20/16 Cals or Run 200m Uphill
20 Sumo DLHP – L: 95/65; S: 115/75
Rest 90sec
*If you choose the rower, this WOD will be very “pull-heavy”, so be smart about using your legs and not your arms. If you choose the Bike, you have no excuse… crush it. Each round should be under 2min, or scale somewhere.
