No Strength. *Metcon Mondays* during this cycle.
L: 18; S: 25 Power Snatches – 75/55
L: 18; S: 25 T2B
-rest until 20:00, then:
1 Squat Clean – L: 115/75; S: 155/105
1 Burpee Pullup (S: RMU or BMU)
Start at 1&1 each AMRAP
*For the first WOD, the power snatches should be no more than 3 sets per round. T2B should not be done in sets of less than 5, otherwise scale back to knees-above-hips or simple leg raises. For the second WOD, make sure the weight is something you can cycle quickly, fast singles or TnG.
