AMRAP 10
Even: P1 = Max Row/Bike for 50sec. P2 = rest
Odd: P2 = Max Row/Bike for 50sec. P2 = rest

*Shoot for 6-8 rounds in the first AMRAP. If the HSPU take you 3 sets or more, then scale back the total number. Empty the tank on the second workout.
