Accumulate 30 Reps of Touch & Go Power Snatch @ 85% 1RM
*Cap = 12min. This is “For Time” AND “Fewest Sets Possible”, so take intelligent rest breaks, but push yourself. Goal should be to faster than last week at lighter weight.

• 1 Round of “Cindy” (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats)
• 4 x 2-DB Thrusters
• 1 Round of “Cindy”
• 6 x 2-DB Thrusters
• 1 Round of “Cindy”

*repeat both from above, then:
