Strength Cycle – Retest Week

In 20min:
Find a 5RM Deadlift
*Life: Reset after each rep. Sport: You can do touch & go or reset. No rounded spines!

9 Burpees Over Bar
6 Hang Power Cleans – L: 115/75; S: 145/100
3 Pullups (S: BMU or RMU)
*Scale this WOD to make it unbroken for the entire 12min, allowing you to finish with over 8 rounds.
