No oly’s, belt, or sleeves. Clean it up. We tested our 3RM last week, here’s a nifty formula to use it to figure out your theoretical 1RM: (3 x Weight x .033) + Weight = Theoretical 1RM. So, (3 x 315 x .033) + 315 = 346

6-10 DB Hammer Curls – It’s getting warm outside. Gotta get the guns ready for display.
