P5 & P6 – 20 Back Rack Lunges – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
*Must Bear Crawl station to station. 5 Burpee penalty at each station if you walk to it instead of bear crawl. 1000+ Abmat Situps via Wil Grant. DB Manmakers via Nick Khattar. Bear Crawl via Oliver Casey. Should take anywhere from 25-30min.
