*Start at 60% and work up. Could be as high as 95%.
Walk w/ 1-Arm Plate Overhead + 1-Arm KB Suitcase Carry – walk length of rig & back, then switch arms and repeat. Works wrist flexibility, overhead position, transverse plane stability

Teams of 3
Alternate 200m Runs (Work:Rest = 1:2).
-or alternate every 250m on Rower
-or alternate every 500m on Bike
*Score is total meters ran/rowed/biked
