Strength Cycle: Test Week: Post-Open Cycle 2

In 18min:
Find 1RM Back Squat (S: Box Squat)
*If box squatting, make sure to use a spotter, because you can’t just dump the bar if you miss.

100 Pushups
75 Abmat Situps
50 AKBS – 53/35
25 CTB Pullups (S: BMU)
Cap = 16min. More pushups? Yea, because we need to get a lot better at them! Expect to see plenty of bodyweight movements like pushups, burpees, pullups, and air squats in the cycle that follows.

1min Couch Stretch – ea leg
1min Pec Stretch on Rig – ea arm
