Sport: Full Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch
*As Heavy As Possible. Weight can move up and down across all eight sets
4-8 Single-Leg Barbell RDL – yes, use the same weight as your Snatch!

100 Air Squats
10 CTB (S: 5 RMU/BMU)
75 Air Squats
20 CTB (S: 10 RMU/BMU)
50 Air Squats
30 CTB (S: 15 RMU/BMU)
25 Air Squats
40 CTB (S: 20 RMU/BMU)
*Cap = 18min. If choosing Sport, you’ll likely need to scale the reps on the RMU/BMU. Hitting the cap is okay today. It’s a Hero WOD after all!

1min Bretzel – ea side
2min Sit-on-Ankles Back Bend – use Wallball under back for height assistance
-or- simply lay back over Wallball with legs straight, gripping rig for leverage
