*No Bounce – Silent. Heavy sumo day, but don’t forget CONTROL!
10-16 Rear-Leg Elevated Split Squat – use a KB in the goblet position for an extra challenge
10 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
15 L: HRPU: S: HSPU
10 Front Squats – 115/85 (S: OHS)
*A shoulder massacre. Scale the HSPU to stay under 4 sets each round. Splife it up!
1min Pigeon Stretch – ea leg
2min Seated Foward Fold – use KB for leverage, if needed
