150 Air Squats
75 Pushups
25 Burpees
*Cap = 18min. Don’t get sloppy on those air squats or pushups. Work hard to maintain technique as you fatigue.
Cooldown
1min Bretzel – ea side
2min Sit-on-Ankles Back Bend – use Wallball under back for height assistance
-or- simply lay back over Wallball with legs straight, gripping rig for leverage
