12 Deadlifts – L: 155/105; S: 205/135
L: 25; S: 40 Air Squats
L: 50; S: 75 Double Unders
*This will tax the legs and see who can hit bigger sets of DUs. Deadlifts should be 2 sets or less each time, squats should be methodical and the DUs shouldn’t take more than :90 per round. Sub-12min.
