1 Deadlift – AHAP
AMRAP KB Row – 70/53. As many as possible on each arm, every round. High volume here has a big carryover to pullups.

OTM for 20min
10/6 Cals on Bike or 15/9 Cals on Rower or 15sec Max Burpees
*Sell your soul on the bike/rower. Basically we’re loolking for a 10-15sec sprint OVER and OVER again. Good bye soul.

1min Pigeon – ea leg
1min Band Lat Stretch – ea arm
