6 Power Cleans – L: 135/85; S: 195/125
9 Pullups (S: CTB)
Run 800m or Row 1000/800m or Bike 2000/1600m
*Power cleans should be fast singles, and pullups need to be steady to maintain intensity. Don’t dog the run.
