Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1000/800m
Max Thrusters in remaining time – L: 95/65; S: 135/85
*You go, I go. Partners trade off full rounds, each completing 2 rounds

Sunday
OTM for 10min
L: 6: S: 10 AKBS +
L: 6; S: 10 Burpees

-rest 3min, then:

OTM for 10min
Odd: L: 15; S: 30 Double Unders
Even: 10/6 Cal Bike or 12/8 Cal Row or Run 100m

-rest 3min, then:

AMRAP 10
5, 10, 15, 20, etc…
