3 Back Squat @ 60%
*Speed work. Control the descent, no bounce, then get out of the hole AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. If you go slow, this is a wasted squat day.

OTM for 18min
L: 15; S: 21 AKBS – 53/35
L: 15; S: 21 Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
L: 15; S: 21 Situps
*Alternate movememts each minute. Very doable OTM. If it’s too easy, go faster!

30sec Hurdler’s Stretch
30sec Scorpion Hold
