Find 5RM Back Squat
*Use the Test Week max to gauge how fast to climb. Your goal should be to add 5-10lb from two weeks ago.
While building up, hit these between sets:
L: 2 x 20sec HS Hold
S: 10 Kipping HSPU
SS: 10 Strict Deficit HSPU
L: 6; S: 12 Power Snatch – 75/55
L: 6; S: 12 Pullups
*Steady as she goes. Move consistently thru each movement, and practice quick transitions between movements. The reps & weights should allow you to keep moving at the same speed the entire time.
