Strength Cycle: Open Cycle – Week 1

4 Back Squat @ ~80%
*Add weight each set
12-20 DB Bicep Curls – total
*Let’s have a little fun by throwing in some bicep curls during the Open.

21, 15, 9
Squat Clean – L: 85/60; S: 115/75 (or 2-DBs – L: 30/20; S: 50/35)
Push Press (S: HSPU)
*A high skill, but short metcon. The cleans do not need to be UB but they need to be done in fast singles at the very least. HSPU should not exceeed 4 sets per round. Time domain is sub-9min.

Pec/Shoulder Stretch on Rig
