30 Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
10 Clean and Jerks – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
*We’d like to see you get at least 2 rounds, with some people getting close to 3. Pullups will probably be a limiting factor for many. Modify to jumping pullups as needed to sure you’re not stuck at this station for more than 3 sets.
