Strength Cycle: Open Cycle – Week 2

3 Squat Clean @ ~80%
*Add weight each set. Drop & reset each rep.
Run 200m or Row 250/200m or Bike 500/400m b/t sets

3 Rounds
20/14 Cal Bike or 24/16 Cal Row or Run 400m
16 2-DB Lunges – L: 30/20; S: 50/35 or Front Rack Lunges – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
L: 12 HRPU or 6 HSPU; S: 12 HSPU
*Cap = 15min. Get comfortable racking those dumbbells on your shoulders. This should be done at a blistering pace. Push the bike pace faster than you want to. People on the bike have a chance to finish this sub-9min.
