Strength Cycle: Open Cycle – Week 4

3 Squat Clean @ ~80%
*Add weight each set. Drop & reset each rep.
Run 200m or Row 250/200m or Bike 500/400m b/t sets

4 Rounds
10 Burpee Box Step Overs (S: 15 BBJO)
30 Front Squats – 75/55 (S: OHS)
*Cap = 16min. Focus on moving smoothly through the burpee box jump overs. Be extra careful about eliminating extra steps in between reps.
