OTM for 10min:
5 2-DB Power Cleans – L: 30/20; S: 50/35
+ L: 10; S: 20 Double Unders
*Both in the minute. Shoot for at least 15sec of rest each round

10 2-DB Lunges
+ 10 Box Step Ups
*Both in the minute

In 10min, complete:
50 2-DB Devil Press (burpee + snatch)
