Strength Cycle: Post-Open Deload Week

OTM for 12min:
Life: 2 Power Snatch
Sport: 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Squat Snatch
*Start at 70% and build. Life – drop & reset each rep. Sport – you don’t need to hang on to the Snatch Pull. Feel free to let it go at the top, then reset and nail your Snatch. Or, if you’re Billy Badass, hang on to that sucker and hit both reps Touch & Go.

12 DB Snatch – L: 30/20; S: 50/35
24 Abmat Situps
L: 12; S: 36 Double Unders
*With the Open over, it’s a good opportunity to try the Sport number of Double Unders. Begin working on them for next year. Regardless, we want to see constant movement for 12min. Shoot for 6+ rounds.
