L: 15 Pullups; S: 15 C2B
20 Single Arm DB PP
L: 20 Pullups; S: 30 Pullups
30 Single Arm DB PP
Run 200m or Row 250/200m or Bike 500/400m
*Cap = 16min. Switch arms as needed on the Single-Arm DB Push Press, but try to do them all without putting the dumbbell down (switch at the shoulders). Keep the gymnastic movements to 3 sets or less.
