Strength Cycle: Post-Open Deload Week

In 8min:
Find 3RM 1sec Pause Front Squat
-rest 2min, then:
3 Pause Front Squat @ 80% of your triple

10 Rounds
10 Thrusters – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
10 HRPU (S: 10 Clapping Pushups or Ring Pushups)
*Cap = 15min. Hero Workout means you push outside that comfort zone. Everything will have to be completed in 2 sets or less if you want to finish under the cap.
