7 Rounds Each
5 Burpee Pullups (S: 2 Reps of (1 Ring MU + 1 Ring Dips))
L: 9; S: 12 Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
*Cap = 17min. Altnernate full rounds with your partner. If you can do CTB on the Burpee Pullups, then scale up with those today. The Muscle Up + 1 means that for each rep, you do 1 extra dip.
