*Cap = 12min. Big doses of Open Workout movements. Use the burpee box jumps as chance to work on efficiency, eliminate those extra steps. Switch hands as you see fit on the hang DB C&J. For the HSPU, don’t exceed 4 sets (5-5-5-5), scale if necessary.
