Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 5

OTM for 12min
L: 2 Squat Clean – add some weight from two weeks ago, but focus on moving well
S: 1 Squat Clean @ 75-80%

40 T2B
40 Front Rack Lunges – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
20 Burpee Pullups (S: BMU)
Run 800m or Row 1000/800m or Bike 2000/1600m
*Cap = 15min. Everything in this WOD needs to be done in repeatable sets, so we never want to see single reps. Whereas yesterday’s WOD was about crushing each interval, today is more about pacing until you get to the final run/row/bike, then empty the tank.
