Find 1RM Back Squat
*We know it’s not ideal to attempt a 1RM after heavy deads on Monday and heavy squat cleans yesterday, but don’t let that deter you. Have some extra caffeine and surprise yourself.
50 Steps Sandbag Hold – L: 60/30; S: 100/60; SS: 150/100
5 Squat Cleans – L: 135/85; S: 185/115
5 Pullups (S: C2B)
*For the Sandbag Steps, hug the bag/ball and take 50 steps in place, ideally with high knees. It’s easy to rep thru these quickly and not get the full benefit, but instead, make these high-knee steps and really make the butt burn.
Straight Leg Raise on Rig (loosen up that lower back!)
