Rest 60sec
*Stay tough and be steady on the swings, then sell out on the run. 60sec is a decent amount of recovery, but stay moving around during that time so you can recover efficiently. We believe you can knock out all 20 AKBS unbroken, each round. Fight for it. Also, if choosing not to run today, we’d highly suggest NOT pairing your AKBS with rowing. Bike instead.
