Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Retest Week

Find 5RM Touch and Go Deadlift
*Hopefully you scaled Murph appropriately yesterday so you’re not blown out today. Look up your 5RM from April 2nd, and let’s build past it today.

(Test your Snatch and C&J this weekend at the Gainz Games)

L: 12; S: 20 Burpee Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
30 1-Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerks – L: 30/20 S: 50/35
20 HRPU or 10 HSPU (S: 20 HSPU)
*Cap = 12min. Big doses of Open Workout movements. Use the burpee box jumps as chance to work on efficiency, eliminate those extra steps. Switch hands as you see fit on the hang DB C&J. For the HSPU, don’t exceed 4 sets (5-5-5-5), scale if necessary.
