Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle 2 – Test Week

In 16min:
Find 1RM Box Squat
*You can’t fail and dump the bar in a box squat, so use spotters when the weight gets a little scary. Make sure to watch this week’s video for a couple pointers!

Shoulder to Overhead – L: 105/65; S: 135/95
Row/Bike for Cals or Run 400m/200m/200m
*What we are looking for on the metcon is for the athlete to be able to move through the barbell in no more than 2 sets. The T2B should not be broken up in to anything less than 3 sets and the rowing is just about being willing to push. Time domain is sub-10min. Log whether you use the Rower or Bike, so you can repeat that effort when we retest.
