*Weight can move up and down across eight sets, but these complexes include one less rep than last week, so you should be HEAVIER than last week.
10 1-Arm Hollow Hold DB Floor Press
*We up the complexity this week and ask you to get your feet off the ground, and hold them in front of you in a hollow hold position. These Floor Press should be immediately more difficult in this position.

7 Power Snatch – L: 65/55; S: 95/65
*This will be very grippy. Shoot for unbroken sets of each movement, and try to give yourself at least 15sec of rest each round. And just because you CAN snatch the Sport weight doesn’t necessarily mean you SHOULD today… that’s a lot of snatches over the course of 10min.
