*Whatever you used last week, add one more band, or use a heavier version this week. This is the final week you’ll see these. Next week is Retest Week.
Run 200m or Row 250/200m or Bike 500/400m
15 Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
15 S2O – L: 75/55; S: 115/75
*Today’s goal is constant movement, so nothing should be too taxing that you’re standing around anywhere. If you only have 70% to give today, then go steady thru the movements with steady reps so you don’t explode anywhere. If you’ve got more, and can push to 80-85% for 15min straight, then push it.
