50/33 Cal Row or 43/28 Cal Bike or Run 600m
L: 30; S: 50 Wallballs
Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1000/800m
L: 30; S: 50 Thrusters – 45/35
*Cap = 16min. You’re going to have to fight to finish under the cap. Get uncomfortable and reap the benefits. Also, we want you to get out on the road for one of the monostructural pieces. Lastly, DON’T DROP AN EMPTY BARBELL. Be gentle, please.
