OTM for 24min:

Min 1-6:
Odd: 10 Thrusters – L: 95/65; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/85
Even: Max Reps T2B

Min 7-12:
Odd: 10 Thrusters
Even: Max Cals Bike/Row

Min 13-18:
Odd: 10 Thrusters
Even: Max Reps T2B

Min 18-24:
Odd: 10 Thrusters
Even: Max Cals Bike/Row

*Split the thrusters at 5 & 5. If that’s too easy for your team, try 7 & 7. The next minute, you’re shooting for max reps, so your *rest* is during the thrusters.

In 15min, complete:
50, 40, 30, 20, 10
KB Goblet Lateral Lunges – L: 35/24; S: 53/35
*This is a lot of pushups, so we’re adding the box so you can rip thru them faster. If you’re a pushup-queen/king, then perform these with a barbell-on-the-rig. But, we’d avoid doing these on the floor because that’s a ton of reps. Meanwhile the lateral lunges will require more thought and patience.

-rest 3min, then:

OTM for 10min
L: 10; S: 16 1-KB Hang Snatch +
L: 10; S: 16 Air Squats
*Both in the minute. Modify your reps in this piece if you find it too easy (or too hard!)

-rest 3min, then:

OTM for 6min
5 Burpees
Max AKBS in remaining time
