L: 15; Spl: 20; S: 25 T2B
15 Push Press – L: 95/65; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/95
5 Sandbag Cleans – L: 60/30; Spl: 100/60; S: 150/100 (or 10 Power Cleans if we run out of Sandbags)
*Cap = 16min. Breaking up the T2B will be necessary. Don’t ruin your grip/midline in round 1, when there’s so many pushups & power cleans ahead of you.
