Strength Cycle: Cycle 1 – Week 4 of 5

5 Front Squat @ 60-65% of 1RM Back Squat (or 77.5% of your 1RM Front Squat if you know it)
5 Banded Pushups b/t Sets
*The 5th rep should be hard, but make sure you’re driving your upper back toward the ceiling at the top. Get those shoulders going thru the full range of motion.

Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1000/800m
20 Power Snatch – L: 95/65; Spl: Sq Sn – 115/80; S: Sq Sn – 135/95
Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1000/800m
*The weight on the snatches needs to be heavy enough that it makes you *think* about each rep. If you’re repping out touch & go reps, then you’ve gone too light and are missing the intent. After your 20th rep, sprint the last run. The suffering will be over soon.
