6 Burpee Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
6 2-DB Box Step Overs – L: 20/10s; Spl: 35/25s; S: 50/35s
Run 100m or Row 125/100m or Bike 300/200m
*We’re looking to complete each round in about 2min, so that’s not a lot of total reps. That gives you the greenlight to push the gas pedal a little. Pick a section that’s easiest for you, push it, and let it drag your other sections along for the ride.
