Max Reps in remaining time: L: Strict Pullup Negative; Spl: Strict Pullups; S: Rope Climbs
Rest 90sec
*We want to have around 60sec to complete the pullups. As you fatigue in later rounds, be sure your hips are doing the majority of the work in the Deads. Don’t get caught with a lazy midsection, lifting with your back.
