*Oh those poor shoulders. Be sure to use your hips/legs to send a ton of drive into the bar for your snatches, so you can catch them locked out, instead of pressing out. You’ll need to save every ounce of strength you’ve got to get thru these Pushups/HSPU/SHSPU. Whatever you choose there should be difficult for you.
