50 SDLHP – L: 95/65; Spl: 115/80; S: 135/95
Max Reps in remaining time: L: Air Squats; Spl: Band-on-Rig Pistols; S: Pistols w/ 53/35lb KB
*We’d encourage everyone to attempt some sort of Pistol today, but we’ll keep Air Squat as the *Life* version, just in case.
In 3min, complete:
L: 40; Spl: 50; S: 60 Air Squats
L: 20; Spl: 30; S: 40 Pushups
L: 10; Spl: 15 Pullups; S: 20 C2B
*If you don’t finish your rep scheme in 3min, stop and rest 2min. Start over with Air Squats every new round. If you finish early, you get extra rest. If you finish TOO early, then up your reps for the next round. If you don’t even get to the pullups, then revise your rep scheme for the next round.
