*Cap = 12min. Don’t come out too hot on this one, but really push it when you get to the 9s. Crush the end. Meanwhile, if you excel at one area, use that as your recovery and challenge yourself on the other movements.

*Try to knock out chunks of sets on the Power Cleans. Push yourself to hold onto the bar and push when it feels uncomfortable. You’ve got a long rest coming your way.
