Hang Power Snatches – L: 75/55; Spl: 105/70; S: 135/85
Burpees Over Bar

-rest 5min, then:

3, 6, 9, 12, etc…
L: Front Squats; S: OHS
*Shed however much weight you need from the first portion, so you have an apporpriate challenge on this second portion. It might be the same weight if you’re choosing Front Squats, or it might be 40lbs less for the OHS.

50 RKBS – L: 35/26; S: 53/35
L: 50; S: 75 Double Unders
-then, immediatley into:
3 Rounds
21 Wallballs
L: 12; S: 21 T2B
-then, immediatley into:
400m Suitcase Carry with KB from earlier
Bike 4000/3200m or Row 2000/1600m or Run 1 Mile
400m Suitcase Carry
*Cap = 40min. The last section might take some up to 16min, and that’s ok. Today is kind of a long, slow fight.
