Strength Cycle: Cycle 2 – Week 3 of 5

In 7min:
Work up to Heavy Single Back Squat around 90%
3 Back Squat @ 85% of 1RM or of above
*Little heavier than last week

4 Rounds
In 3min, complete:
15 Hang Power Cleans (at weights below) or S: 3 Legless Rope Climbs or 1 Pegboard Climb
15 S2O – L: 95/65; Spl: 135/80; S: 155/105
Max Row/Bike/DU in remaining time
Rest 90sec
*If you want to experiment with the Pegboard today, making 1 ascent each round, feel free to give that a shot. Like last week, the first two movements shouldn’t be a breeze for you. Pick a challenging scale that takes up 90sec to 2min of the round, then get as far as you can in the last 60sec.
