*Look up what you hit on October 16th, and let’s better that by 10-20lbs.
12 Thrusters – L: 95/65; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/95
L: 12; S: 16 Burpees (S: Lateral Over Bar)
L: 12; S: 20 T2B
*Don’t got out too hard on this one, as it has the potential to cause sudden heart explosion. The heavy thrusters will require you to move with good form. Get them done in 2 sets. Burpees are just a gut check. And this high number of T2B will test your efficiency at pushing away from the bar while accelerating your knees up, and flicking your toes at the bar.
