Find Heavy Single Deadlift
*We’re not shooting for a PR. Just get some weight on the bar and get heavy so we’re primed for what comes next, which is the real test.

-rest 2min, then at 14:00:
Find 1 Max Set of Deadlift – L: 185/125; Spl: 255/175 S: 315/225
*This is a max set but DO NOT get sloppy with your technique.

25 Double Unders
8 Hang Power Snatch – L: 75/55; Spl: 105/70; S: C2B

-rest until 10:00 (put away your equipment in that time), then:
