40 Front Squats – L: 95/65; Spl: OHS @ 145/95; S: OHS @ 185/125

*Cap = 15min. Heavy front squats in the middle are going to completely ruin the last set of Box Step Overs, and that’s where you’ll need to find that Grit inside yourself.
