Strength Cycle: Cycle 3 – Week 5 of 5

Strength/Skill

Life: 3 x Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
Sport: 3 x Squat Snatch + OHS + Hang Squat Snatch + OHS

3 Reps @ 70%+ of 1RM of Snatch Complex
*You can build throughout the sets, but due to the lack of rest between sets, you might need to stay light.

WOD
3 Rounds
20/13 Cal Bike or Row, or Run 200m
Sandbag Cleans – L: 20 @ 60/30; Spl: 15 @ 100/60; S: 10 @ 150/100
30 Sandbag Marches (15l/15r)
*Sandbag must be hugged during the high steps, not placed on your shoulder. And get your knees up high, like you’re stepping over something.
